Shyte stirrer neighbour with many complaints against her, gets caught destroying a rose bush - oops.
Shyte stirrer get's ahead, lodges a fake complaint against the 73 yr old granny.
Granny is arrested under the new law because the cops have to.
Put in back of police van.
Charges only disclosed at station - cops apologetic knowing the history, but only doing their duty.
Granny searched etc.
Eventually released - not charged.
For us folks that want to know - did Humza Yousaf also get the same treatment after the complaints against him?

No, Scottish police confirmed on around 2 April already that they wouldn’t pursue the Yousaf reports, nor any reports lodged for things that happened before the date the law was passed. Conveniently.
