A man was caught taking pictures under a woman's dress at a Target in Greenville Monday.

Thomas Ryan Elliot, 21, has been charged with felony secret peeping.

At 10:42 a.m., Greenville police were called to the Target on Evans Street. A woman in the store caught on camera a man placing his phone under another woman’s skirt. The woman who saw this happen confronted the man and recorded it all on her phone.

She alerted store security and police, and the man was arrested. The woman’s video has since been posted to social media, garnering quite a bit of attention.

Probably real but I'm just saying the whole video is super weird. He doesn't see the woman standing there recording him, his name is Tom, other woman is super calm, store employee or whatever arrives immediately, looks like perv is touching the woman when he puts the phone down and she doesn't notice... All weird weird weird lol.

But he's probably a real perv.
