Russo-Ukrainian War - 2022 Edition - Part 10

You want to include more of that speech where he openly talks about sending French troops and rips into the people supporting the Russians sitting across from him.

Not sounding like he has a lot of support on that statement.

read that article and the doctrine sounds outdated if not fake. Threshold is much higher than 10 years ago for Nuke use. Even if China would invade like they state in that document, they won't use nukes. Case study of that is everything that has happened from 2022-2024. Russia will not shoot their own heart by launching MAD nukes. More nuke fearmongering and this time it is not medvedev nor russian state media but ft.com doing it.

Here is some more info if you want to explore it:

He has a point though. He should have used the costume of super man from red son to motivate the populace for the russo-ukraine war.

Ukraine’s Air Force has destroyed a Russian Sukhoi Su-34 fighter-bomber on the eastern front.

Source: Ukrainian Air Force Commander Mykola Oleshchuk, on Telegram

Quote from Oleshchuk: "Today, 29 February, is a date that occurs once every four years, but it has become a typical day for the Russians as they have lost another aircraft. One less Su-34 on the eastern front!"

Details: This is the third Russian aircraft shot down in the last three days and the 11th in the last month.

alright that is the last straw. Camel back has been broken with the SU-34 claims. until there is tangible evidence on the battlefield that the alleged loss of the su-34 did something only then will I consider believing it. that is one too many. Still no confirmation on fighter-bomber nor any tangible evidence on the the frontlines that this actually happened. With Ka-52s it was more clear cut because there was video evidence of the shootdown or photographic evidence of wreckage.

How would tangible evidence look?:

  1. Less fab bombs falling (this is is not the case so far) near frontlines
  2. problems with ru forces defending held frontlines (this is not the case so far)
  3. signs of ukr forces using more AA manpads or other AA measures closer to the frontlines. It seems from publicably available footage the past few months things like stinger or igla footage is not so present anymore.
  4. strikes on RU forces airbases hosting SU-34s
  5. more footage confirming visual destruction

These are just a few examples. That is why I am calling BS on that claim.

I will retract my statement of today's SU-34 if russian telegram or ru authorities confirm this SU-34 loss

Looks like the idea (foreign boots on the ground) has the backing of Latvia but will probably need a wider buy in if it is to become a reality. To me, this looks like it is the only way this war will end; is if there is an Allied style counter offensive. From a man power perspective, Ukraine can't do it alone. They understandably don't want to pour meat into the grinder, Russian style.
