Anyone else have this issue and can shed light on it? I am on Afrihost Pure5G Unlimited and have this issue every few months where my download speeds become terrible and my upload speeds are high? They seem to swap - Usually the first line support can’t rectify it and after repeated calls, it eventually gets escalated to someone who fixes it without explanation… this certainly is a far cry from the speeds they advertise for a flagship 5G product and is in entry level fibre territory..
