Euphoria appoints former YuppieChef bigwig and telecoms veteran as new directors

Cloud-based VoIP business solutions provider Euphoria Telecom has announced three senior appointments.

Former YuppieChef managing director Warren Hawkins has been appointed as the company’s managing director, while telecoms veteran Leonie Stanley takes on the role of operations director.

The duo will work alongside technical director Nic Laschinger to fast track delivery of new products and features, and enhance customer experiences.

“Hawkins, formerly MD at e-commerce platform YuppieChef, brings with him a wealth of experience in managing a tech-based business through its growth phases, so he was a natural fit to lead Euphoria through the next phase of its business journey,” said Euphoria Telecom founder George Golding.

Hawkins will primarily focus on developing new product and service offerings.

“This includes the introduction of multi-channel touchpoints for customers, allowing them to communicate on the medium or platform they desire,” Euphoria said.

Stanley will be responsible for Euphoria’s operations and customer service.

“With almost 20 years of experience in the telecoms industry, Stanley has a deep understanding of the competitive landscape in the sector, maximising performance and responding to what clients want,” Euphoria said.

Stanley explained her priorities will be to reorganise processes, improve the overall customer journey and make customer engagements easier.

“We’ll do things differently, which will lift the entire customer experience,” she said.

Euphoria said the appointments of Hawkins and Stanley, will free up Laschinger to focus on product development and innovation.

Euphoria has also appointed Denis Mitchley as its new financial manager. Mitchley is a senior financial accountant with telecoms sector experience.

Golding said that he was confident the expanded management team had the skills and the vision to guide Euphoria through the next chapter of its business development, including scaling up its product and service offerings to “new heights”.
